How we handle your information.

Sylvmore is a brand of Nooria AI LLC (“Sylvmore,” “we,” “our”), based in Allen, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you visit sylvmore.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, write to iqbal@sylvmore.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and the items you buy. When you subscribe to our list, we collect your email address. We do not see or store your credit card details — those are handled by Stripe.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, we and our third-party services collect technical information about your visit: pages viewed, referring URL, IP address, device type, browser, and timestamps. This is collected via cookies and pixels (see below).

How we use it

• To fulfill orders — including processing payment, charging your card, and shipping your purchase to the address you provide.
• To send transactional emails — order confirmations, shipping notifications, and customer service replies.
• To send marketing emails, only if you’ve opted in.
• To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
• To measure the performance of our advertising on Meta, Pinterest, and Google.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To comply with the law.

Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted services to run the site. Each receives only the information it needs.

• Stripe processes payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see them. Stripe’s privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
• Klaviyo sends our emails and tracks events like add-to-cart and purchase. If you subscribe, your email and order data are stored in Klaviyo. Klaviyo privacy notice.
• Meta Pixel records page visits, add-to-cart events, and purchases so we can measure ad performance on Facebook and Instagram and serve relevant ads. Meta may use this data per its Data Policy.
• Google Analytics 4 records anonymized site usage data. Google may use this per its Privacy Policy.
• Pinterest Tag records page visits, add-to-cart, and purchase events so we can measure Pinterest ad performance. Pinterest Privacy Policy.
• Vercel hosts the site and processes web logs. Vercel privacy policy.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for three things:

• Essential cookies — required for the cart, checkout, and the admin area to work. These can’t be turned off.
• Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics so we can understand how the site is used.
• Advertising cookies — set by Meta, Pinterest, and Klaviyo so we can measure ad performance and show you relevant ads.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but the cart will not remember your selections between sessions and our advertising will be less relevant.

Email marketing and opt-out

We send marketing emails only to people who have explicitly subscribed. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link in the footer — click it and you are removed from the list, no questions asked.

Transactional emails — order confirmations, shipping notifications, important account messages — are sent regardless of marketing opt-in status because we have to in order to fulfill your order.

Shipping address collection

We collect the shipping address you provide at checkout so we can ship your order. We share it with our shipping carrier (currently FedEx or USPS, depending on the rate) and our warehouse partner. We do not sell or rent your shipping address to anyone.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to iqbal@sylvmore.com with the subject line “Privacy request.” We will respond within 30 days.

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Children’s privacy

Sylvmore is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, write to iqbal@sylvmore.com and we will delete it.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically seven years). Marketing subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe. Anonymous analytics data is kept by the relevant service (Google, Meta, Pinterest) per their own retention policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage or by email to subscribers.
