The terms of buying from us.

These terms govern your use of sylvmore.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or subscribing to our list, you agree to them. Sylvmore is a brand of Nooria AI LLC, based in Allen, Texas. If you have questions, write to iqbal@sylvmore.com.

The product

The Sylvmore Set is a four-piece queen sheet set: one deep-pocket fitted sheet, one hemmed flat sheet, and two French-closure pillowcases. 100% Egyptian Extra Long Staple cotton, 350 thread count, plain sateen weave. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certified, Cotton Egypt Association Licence 1724.

We try to display colors accurately, but the actual product may vary slightly from on-screen images due to differences in monitor calibration. Photographs are taken in natural light.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, plus any applicable sales tax (calculated by Stripe based on your shipping address) and any expedited shipping fee you select.

Payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we do not see or store them.

In-stock items. Your card is charged at checkout. The order ships within 3–5 business days.

Pre-order items. Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout. Your card is charged immediately. Pre-orders ship in the month listed on the product page (currently October 2026 for Stone, November 2026 for Midnight). If a pre-order will be delayed beyond the listed month, we will email you the new estimate and you may cancel for a full refund.

We may cancel any order at our discretion if we suspect fraud, pricing or product errors, or if the order violates these terms. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

Free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days from the day your order ships. Express shipping ($15) is available at checkout and delivers in 1–2 business days.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves our warehouse. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses you provide.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.

Sheets must be unwashed. For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of sheets that have not been washed, slept on, or removed from their original packaging. Open-box returns of clearly unused product are accepted; visibly used product is not.

To start a return, write to iqbal@sylvmore.com with your order number. We will email you a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost or refund you in full — your choice.

Pre-order cancellations. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — the wordmark, copy, photography, and design — is the property of Nooria AI LLC, except for third-party trademarks (Cotton Egypt Association, OEKO-TEX, Stripe, etc.) used with permission to describe certifications held by our supplier. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

Disclaimers

We make every effort to keep the site accurate, but we provide it “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that errors will be corrected, or that the site will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

Care instructions, durability claims, and softness descriptions are based on reasonable expectations for 350TC Egyptian ELS cotton sateen but are not guarantees. Cotton textiles vary slightly between production batches.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nooria AI LLC, Sylvmore, and our suppliers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or your purchase of our product. Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage or by email to subscribers.
